In the development stories of companies, you encounter reflections of the country's economic development processes, but they are more dynamic. ERFA GROUP, in its growth process exceeding 30 years, has shown a more stable development compared to the rapid growth performance of the Turkish Real Estate and Construction Sector, in line with but more stable than the fluctuations.

Based on its own resources, especially in the Marmara and Aegean Regions, with the housing and workplace projects it has developed and undertaken, it has renewed its Building Contractor License within the scope of the Regulation on Classification and Registration of Building Contractors that came into force in 2019.

In addition to its real estate and construction activities, it has also succeeded in achieving a respected and leading position in the automotive sector with the "Erfa Premium Car" brand. ERFA TECHNICAL CONSTRUCTION INC., from starting with the land to completing the houses or workplaces and delivering the title deeds and keys, has operated in every stage of the real estate value chain with its expert teams and business partners across a wide geography, thus having a high-volume land stock for its current and future projects. As of 2024, under the ERFA ARSA brand, it has planned every detail, licensed, and documented its new operation, which will offer phased opportunities for homeowners with high value-added potential. It has started projects where it will offer immediate individual title deeds and construction permits for its zoned, subdivided lands, located in nature's and green's heart but with all advantages due to their proximity to the city.
