ERFA ARSA Project lands belong to ERFA ARSA's corporate ownership or are recorded as/committed as capital in kind to ERFA partners. We never offer lands that we do not own as part of a project.
LAND QUALIFICATION AND TITLE DEED INQUIRY
A property registered as "field" in the title deed gains the status of "land" as a result of zoning implementation. The subdivision process is completed when the land, registered as a single parcel, is divided into many pieces according to the regulated maps and registered in the land registry. ERFA LAND offers only zoned, subdivided, and individual titled lands in its projects. BUILDING PERMIT
Also known as the construction permit, the BUILDING PERMIT must be obtained before starting construction. Buildings without a building permit are subject to penalties as illegal structures. ERFA ARSA delivers all its land+house projects with the current TITLE DEED, approved BUILDING PERMIT, and approved PROJECTS.
YOUR HOUSE CONSTRUCTION PROCESS
According to your Building Permit conditions, you need to start the substructure (foundation) construction within 2 years and complete the construction of your house in compliance with your project within a total of 3 years. For constructions not completed according to the permit duration conditions, a new building permit application and renewal are required.
